Due to the recent spread of the COVID-19, all infection control protocol has escalated to protect everyone.
All patients of U Dental are required to do the following before treatment.
- Please wear a mask when you come into the office
- Please wash your hand with soap and use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
- Please inform the office staff of your traveling history, if you or your family members have exit and entry impacted area within the past 14 days, please fill out the “travel history form”, and our office staff will help to take your temperature.
- Please use the oral rinse to rinse your mouth for 1 minute before starting treatment.
If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or short of breath, please inform the office staff to cancel the appointment, and visit your family clinic as soon as possible. Please stay at home and monitor your health condition for 14 consecutive days. Our office staff will help you to re-book the appointment until all symptoms go away.
